My recommendation for posting images and video to the gallery would be to create two accounts:
1. Imgur
A great, free hosting site for your images, which can then easily be embedded in your posts by copying and pasting the provided links.
2. YouTube or Vimeo
Obvious solutions for hosting your videos up to and including 4k. Simple links can be copied to embed on the forum also.
The main advantage for using any of these solutions is that the content is hosted and maintained elsewhere, ensuring that you don't have to pay for any annual hosting packages, and that images and videos added to this forum should remain visible for a very long time.
