Hey everyone, I was looking online after finally purchasing my DJI Mavic and saw that some people (which like anything and may be to no surprise) didn't feel like the customer support they got from DJI was great service and kind of a hassle once something they needed service or support with occurred.
Has anyone delt with DJI customer support and what was that like? If you have another UAV brand and seeked service with the respective company, what has that been like?
Would love to know your thoughts.

Without wanting to appear jingoistic… DJI is a Chinese company and as such they are primarily interested in making money. In my experience, companies based in the far east don't really understand the concept of customer service in the way we are accustomed to. However, given that they do actually make the best consumer product on the planet, I forgive some of their shortcomings as far as Western customer service expectations are concerned. That is precisely why I was compelled to create this forum, as a resource to those who might have questions at any level, from any manufacturer. It doesn't feel like it at the time, but by ordering a drone, you're joining a community of like-minded individuals. We're here to help where capitalism fails.
